My journey in brewing began several years ago, spanning both Jordan and Brussels, where I’ve gained valuable insights and professional experiences along the way in the brewing industry. My name is Ayham and I'm introducing Kuhul, A contract brewery that embodies my love for crafting distinctive, bold and flavorful beers.

At Kuhul, I’m not afraid to experiment and bring something unique to the table.. this is the beauty of craft brewing.to me.

What is Kuhul? 

Kuhul, originally a term for Al-Kuhul, an ancient eye makeup paste, also became the root of the word 'alcohol,' meaning distilled essence. Rooted in the alchemical traditions of transformation and refinement.

Transparency?

At Kuhul, transparency is at the core of everything I do. I believe in being honest with my customers about the brewing process and the journey behind each batch. I stand by three important pillars: integrity, craftsmanship, and connection. Integrity means staying true to my values and principles; craftsmanship reflects my dedication to the art of brewing; and connection emphasizes the importance of bringing people together over a great beer. These pillars guide me in creating a welcoming and authentic experience for everyone who enjoys my brews.
